FRESNO, CALIF. – Jerry Dyer, the former Chief of the Fresno Police Department, issued the following statement in response to news that Fresno Police have arrested suspects involved in a November shooting in an east-central Fresno neighborhood:

“I commend the efforts of the Fresno Police Department and their relentless pursuit of justice for the victims and their families.

Although this is the beginning of a long legal process, I am hopeful that the arrest of these violent criminals will serve to reduce fear in the Hmong community and bring a sense of relief to the victims’ families.”
